Job summary

The Salema Group is seeking a dedicated store leader to deliver an outstanding guest experience at our Dunkin’ location in Seabrook, NH. You will own frontline operations, coach a high-performing team, and drive service standards that keep guests returning.

Lead from the floor with a strong presence, manage scheduling and payroll, and monitor food costs and KPIs. Competitive pay with a monthly bonus, benefits, and tuition support are offered.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of food service management experience
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Passion for customer satisfaction and team development
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
