Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. is hiring a Restaurant Manager for Hardee's. You will operate the restaurant in the absence of the Senior/General Manager, lead a diverse team, and ensure top standards of quality, service, and cleanliness while focusing on profitability.

Qualifications

• 2 years of management experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to lead and train successful talent.
• Available to work all shifts and weekends.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Strong conflict-resolution skills.

• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Interview and hire qualified staff to operate the restaurant based on company standards and in compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Schedule sufficient staff to operate the restaurant and accommodate guest flow. Manage labor costs to meet company standard.
• Train and develop crew under the direction of the Senior/General Manager.
• Maintain a cooperative, harmonious working relationship with management team and crew. Provide coaching, counseling, and discipline as warranted.
• Conduct crew and management team meetings as needed to discuss operation procedures, promotions, safety, security, training, etc.
• Maintain inventory and reports to meet company standards and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain building and equipment using proper operating, cleaning, and preventive maintenance procedures.
• Responsible for all cash and adherence to cash procedures.
• Ensure personal appearance meets company standard and displays professionalism.
• Adhere to HR, sanitation, safety, and security policies for a safe environment.
• Represent Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. professionally at all times.
