Job summary

Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. (Hardee's) is seeking a Restaurant Manager to operate the restaurant in the absence of the Senior/General Manager.

You will lead by example, hire and train staff, schedule to meet guest flow, and ensure quality, service, cleanliness and profitability. You will work alongside the team to resolve guest concerns, manage labor costs, and maintain standards in safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• 2 years of management experience.
• Ability to lead, recognize and train successful talent.
• Strong communication and guest service skills.
• Able to work all shifts and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Interview and hire qualified staff based on company standards.
• Schedule sufficient staff to meet guest flow.
• Manage labor costs to meet company standards.
• Train and develop crew under supervision of GM.
• Maintain a cooperative working relationship with the team.
• Conduct meetings to discuss operations, safety and promotions.
• Ensure cash handling procedures and inventory controls are upheld.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety and compliance with regulations.
