Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. is hiring a Restaurant Manager for a Hardee's location. You will operate the restaurant in the absence of the Senior/General Manager, hire and train staff, and ensure quality, service and cleanliness to drive profitability.

The role requires leadership, at least 2 years of management experience, ability to manage labor and inventory, and a strong focus on guest satisfaction. We offer weekly pay, training, benefits, and opportunities for advancement.

Responsibilities

• Operate the restaurant in the absence of the Senior/General Manager and assist in achieving sales growth.
• Interview and hire qualified staff to operate the restaurant according to company standards and regulations.
• Schedule sufficient staff to operate and manage guest flow.
• Manage labor costs to meet company standards.
• Train and develop crew under the direction of the Senior/General Manager.
• Maintain a cooperative working relationship with management and crew.
• Provide coaching, counseling, and discipline as warranted.
• Maintain inventory and cash controls according to company policies.
• Ensure adherence to safety, sanitation and security policies and procedures.
