Qualifications

• Must have 2 years of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Interview and hire qualified staff to operate the restaurant per company standards and regulations.
• Schedule sufficient staff to meet guest flow and manage labor costs.
• Train and develop crew under the direction of the Senior/General Manager.
• Maintain cooperative working relationships and coach crew as needed.
• Conduct team meetings to discuss operating procedures and safety.
• Maintain inventory and control food costs per company standards.
• Ensure cash procedures are followed and finances are accurate.
• Ensure professional appearance and adherence to policies.
