Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate the restaurant in the absence of the Senior/General Manager.
• Achieve sales growth while maintaining quality, service and cleanliness.
• Interview and hire qualified staff.
• Schedule sufficient staff to operate the restaurant.
• Manage labor costs to meet standards.
• Train and develop crew under supervision.
• Maintain a cooperative working relationship with the management team and crew.
• Provide coaching and discipline as warranted.
• Maintain inventory and cash controls.
