Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of management experience.
• Ability to lead, train, and motivate staff.

Responsibilities

• Interview and hire qualified staff to operate the restaurant based on company standards and in compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Schedule sufficient staff to operate the restaurant and accommodate guest flow; manage labor costs.
• Train and develop crew under the direction of the Senior/General Manager.
• Maintain cooperative relationships with management and crew; provide coaching and discipline as warranted.
• Conduct crew and management meetings to discuss procedures, promotions, safety, and training.
• Maintain inventory and costs to meet company standards and variances.
