Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 2 years of management experience.
• Able to lead, recognize and train talent.
• Available to work all shifts and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Operate restaurant in absence of the Senior/General Manager.
• Achieve sales growth while maintaining quality, service and cleanliness.
• Interview and hire staff per company standards.
• Schedule staff to cover guest flow and manage labor costs.
• Train crew and maintain working relationships with staff.
• Conduct meetings and manage inventory and records.
• Ensure cash handling procedures and company policies are followed.
