Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be able to lead, recognize and train successful talent.
• 2 years of management experience.
• Available to work all shifts and weekends.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Strong conflict-resolution skills.
• Consistent and reliable.
• Cheerful and positive attitude.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Interview and hire staff based on company standards and regulations.
• Schedule sufficient staff to operate the restaurant and handle guest flow.
• Manage labor costs to meet company standard.
• Train and develop crew under the direction of management.
• Maintain cooperative working relationships with management and crew.
• Provide coaching and disciplinary actions as warranted.
• Conduct crew and management meetings on procedures, promotions, safety, etc.
• Maintain inventory and cash handling procedures as required.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and security policies are followed.
