• 2 years of management experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.
• Lead, recognize and train successful talent.

Responsibilities

• Interview and hire qualified staff to operate the restaurant according to company standards and regulations.
• Schedule sufficient staff to operate and manage guest flow; control labor costs.
• Train and develop crew under the direction of the Senior/General Manager.
• Maintain inventory to meet company Food Cost variance standard and ensure proper cash handling.
• Maintain reports and records per company standards and regulations.
• Conduct crew and management team meetings as needed to discuss operations.
