Job summary

Cooper’s Hawk Winery and Restaurants in Concord, NC is seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee a high-volume, scratch-kitchen operation with a retail market, tasting room and Wine Club program. You’ll lead a team, deliver hospitality that meets our standards, and help grow a vibrant wine club community.

You will mentor 1-2 Front of House departments, model Cooper’s Hawk values, and drive guest satisfaction while maintaining operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of supervisory experience in a full-service restaurant.
• Scratch kitchen experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead all Management and Hourly Team Members as a role model of Cooper’s Hawk Values and behaviors.
• Hire, train, and schedule hourly Team Members, supporting them with the tools and training they need to succeed.
• Coach and develop Team Members to ensure smooth shift execution.
• Communicate with clarity, actively listen, and build strong relationships across the team.
• Lead change with confidence, helping the team adapt while maintaining focus and performance.
