Bonefish Grill is seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations of the FOH/BOH in our restaurant. You will lead by example, ensuring appearance, presentation, customer experience, and professional leadership to the team.

Responsibilities include staffing, coaching hourly staff, enforcing safety and sanitation standards, and maintaining menu knowledge while engaging with guests and the local community.

Qualificações

• 1 year of restaurant management experience required.
• Flexible schedule availability required.
• Minimum age 21 years.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with staffing levels by scheduling, recruiting, interviewing, and hiring.
• Actively participate in the career growth of hourly team members.
• Implement security protocols to ensure safety of employees and guests.
• Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and company policies; health inspections meet state standards.
• Respond to guest comments and build loyalty while upholding service standards.
• Maintain working knowledge of full menu and preparation standards.
• Engage in community and market opportunities at the restaurant.
