V&E Hospitality Group in Las Vegas is seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, lead a diverse team, and deliver exceptional dining experiences.

You will handle staffing, budgeting, inventory, guest relations, and compliance while promoting high service standards and profitability across all shifts.

This role partners with culinary and marketing teams to drive guest satisfaction, revenue, and growth within a dynamic hospitality group that values training and development.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in restaurant management, including front-of-house and back-of-house operations, is required.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
• Financial acumen and the ability to analyze and interpret financial reports.
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and industry best practices.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or a related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including staffing, scheduling, inventory management, and cost control.
• Maintain a high standard of customer service by setting the example for staff and addressing customer concerns.
• Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff, including servers, bartenders, hosts, and kitchen personnel.
• Monitor and manage restaurant budgets, expenses, and revenue to achieve profitability targets.
• Uphold food safety and quality standards and conduct regular inspections.
• Build and maintain guest relationships and address feedback to enhance the guest experience.
• Manage inventory levels, conduct counts, and place orders; optimize vendor relationships.
• Collaborate with marketing to develop promotions and campaigns to drive business growth.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, liquor, and labor regulations.
