Job summary

LEV Restaurant Group in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Restaurant Manager to support the General Manager with team leadership, beverage/food operations, and revenue targets. You will mentor staff, optimize guest experiences, and manage VIP clientele in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

The candidate should have strong communication skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word and Outlook. A hands-on leader who thrives under pressure and can multitask is preferred.

Qualifications

• Extensive food and beverage (F&B) knowledge.
• Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager, Floor Manager, Hospitality Manager or in a similar role.
• 3-5 years of food and beverage service industry experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead operations with strong judgment and leadership.
• Manage a high-volume yet intimate F&B concept.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction.
• Provide staff training and mentoring.
• Oversee inventory management and scheduling.
• Maintain working knowledge of POS systems.
• Collaborate with management and executives to achieve financial, quality and service goals.
