Boddie-Noell Enterprises is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager for its Hardee’s locations. The role focuses on operating the restaurant in the absence of the Senior/General Manager while maintaining service, quality, and profitability.

You will lead staff, ensure compliance with standards, and drive guest satisfaction. Key requirements include 2 years of management experience, ability to work weekends, and a commitment to safety and cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 2 years of management experience.
• Available to work all shifts and weekends.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Strong conflict-resolution skills.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Interview and hire qualified staff per company standards.
• Schedule staff to ensure guest flow and control labor costs.
• Train and develop crew under the direction of the Senior/General Manager.
• Maintain inventory and ensure product quality and cleanliness.
• Ensure cash procedures are followed and financial records are maintained.
• Lead by example and foster a cooperative team environment.
