Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. is hiring a Restaurant Manager for a Hardee's location in the United States.

You will operate the restaurant in the absence of the Senior/General Manager, drive sales growth, maintain quality, service, and cleanliness, and focus on profitability while leading a team. Role requires 2+ years of management experience, strong interpersonal and leadership skills, and commitment to safety and policy adherence.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience.
• Able to pass background check and drug screen.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsabilités

• Interview and hire qualified staff to operate the restaurant per company standards and regulations.
• Schedule sufficient staff to handle guest flow and peak times.
• Manage labor costs to meet company standards.
• Train and develop crew under the direction of GM.
• Maintain a cooperative working relationship with management and crew.
• Provide coaching, counseling, and discipline as warranted.
• Conduct crew and management meetings as needed.
• Maintain inventory and cash procedures per policy.
