Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager for one of its Hardee's locations. You will lead team members, uphold food quality and safety, and drive guest satisfaction while maintaining profitability.

You will interview and hire staff, schedule labor, train crews, and ensure compliance with company standards and state/federal regulations. A strong leader with 18+ and solid communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 2 years of management experience.
• Able to pass background check and drug screen.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate the restaurant in the absence of the Senior/General Manager and drive sales growth while upholding quality, service and cleanliness.
• Interview and hire qualified staff to operate the restaurant per company standards and regulations.
• Schedule sufficient staff to meet guest flow and manage labor costs to standard.
• Train and develop crew under management direction and provide coaching as needed.
• Conduct team and management meetings to review procedures, promotions, safety and training.
• Maintain inventory, store supplies and equipment, and ensure cash procedures are followed.
• Protect and project a professional image through appearance and conduct; adhere to HR and safety policies.
• Support the company’s values and demonstrate professional behavior at all times.
