Job summary

Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Restaurant Manager for a Hardee’s location.

You will operate the restaurant in the absence of the Senior/General Manager, lead and coach crew, hire staff, schedule shifts, and manage labor while ensuring top service, food quality, safety, and cleanliness. You will drive sales growth and profit, mentor employees, handle cash procedures, and uphold company policies.

Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years of management experience.
• Ability to interview and hire staff to company standards.
• Strong communication and leadership to motivate crews.
• Able to manage labor costs and scheduling.
• Compliance with state and federal regulations.

Responsibilities

• Interview and hire qualified staff to operate the restaurant according to standards.
