Responsibilities

• Manage hourly employees, including performance evaluations, coaching and discipline
• Review applications, interview, and hire or recommend hires
• Direct daily scheduling and task assignments across a restaurant
• Drive sales, service steps, and guest satisfaction
• Provide and schedule Front of House and Back of House training
• Oversee food production and preparation per recipes and procedures
• Conduct Taste & Temps line checks
• Enforce safety measures for employees and guests
• Control food, supplies, and liquor costs via weekly inventories
• Ensure safe food handling procedures are followed
• Create a safe, fun, and clean work environment aligned with values and goals
