Responsibilities include training, food safety, inventory management, and enforcing security measures, with opportunities for career growth and a comprehensive rewards package after 30 days of employment.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage hourly team members and conduct performance evaluations.
• Experience directing weekly schedules and task assignment.
• Track record of driving guest satisfaction and sales.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Front of House and Back of House operations to ensure Legendary Food and Legendary Service.
• Manage hourly employees, conduct evaluations, coach and discipline as needed.
• Review applications, interview, and hire or recommend hires for hourly staff.
• Direct scheduling and task assignment before, during, and after open hours.
• Drive sales, service quality, and guest satisfaction.
• Provide and schedule Front of House and Back of House training.
• Supervise food production and ensure adherence to recipes and procedures.
• Implement safety and security measures for staff and guests.
• Monitor inventory and manage food, supplies, and liquor costs weekly.
• Promote safe food handling practices and create a positive work environment.
• Support community involvement and recognition programs.
