Qualifications

• Experience leading restaurant teams and managing daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage hourly employees, including performance evaluations, coaching and discipline.
• Review applications, interview, and hire or recommend hires for hourly staff.
• Direct work for employees, set hours and weekly schedules, assign tasks during all hours.
• Drive sales, service steps, and guest satisfaction.
• Provide, direct and schedule Front of House and Back of House training.
• Supervise production and preparation of food according to recipes and procedures.
• Ensure safety and security measures for employees and guests.
• Manage food, supplies and liquor costs via weekly inventory.
• Maintain safe food handling procedures and a safe work environment.
