Texas Roadhouse, Inc. is seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee Front of House and Back of House operations, ensuring Legendary Food and Legendary Service at all times.

A successful candidate will lead a team, manage schedules, drive sales, and uphold safety and quality standards. The role emphasizes staffing, training, cost control, and creating a positive dining environment that reflects our core values and operational goals.

• Experience managing hourly staff and scheduling.

• Knowledge of food safety and recipe standards.

• Manage hourly employees, conduct evaluations, coaching and discipline.
• Review applications, interview, and hire or make recommendations.
• Direct scheduling, assign tasks before, during, and after open hours.
• Drive sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction.
• Provide, direct, and schedule Front of House and Back of House training.
• Supervise production and preparation of food per recipes and procedures.
• Conduct formal line Taste & Temps.
• Enforce appropriate security measures to keep staff and guests safe.
• Manage food, supplies, and liquor costs via weekly inventory.
• Understand, manage and practice safe food handling procedures.
• Create a safe, fun, and clean work environment aligned with values and goals.
