Upward Projects is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager in Houston to lead service teams, uphold brand standards, and optimize beverage and operational costs. You will direct daily operations, ensure guest satisfaction, and drive performance aligned with budgeted sales and profits.

The ideal candidate has 1 year of full-service managerial experience (or 3–5 years in a leadership role), plus Servsafe and Responsible Alcohol Service certifications.

Qualifikationen

• 1 year of full-service restaurant Manager experience or 3–5 years in a lead role.
• Combined work experience and education will be considered.
• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Hospitality, Management, or Business preferred.
• Servsafe and Responsible Alcohol Service Certifications are required.

• Direct, plan, implement, and monitor staff functions to deliver memorable experiences.
• Manage beverage ordering, pars, promotions, and cost control.
• Oversee maintenance, vendor management, and PM/R&M budgets.
• Coach and train team to uphold standards in lighting, music, and guest environment.
• Support hiring, scheduling, and development of service staff.
