Job summary

Upward Projects, LLC is looking for a Restaurant Manager in San Diego to lead front-of-house operations, supervise staff, and ensure exceptional guest experiences. You will manage beverage programs, inventory, and vendor relations to meet budgeted sales and profits.

Requirements include 1 year of full-service management or 3–5 years in a supervisory role, plus ServSafe certification; a Hospitality/Management degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1 year of full-service restaurant manager experience or 3–5 years in a lead/supervisory role.
• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Hospitality, Management, or Business preferred.
• ServSafe certification required

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee staff to deliver positive, memorable guest experiences.
• Coordinate beverage ordering, pars, promotions, and cost control (COGs).
• Maintain FOH inventory accuracy and support beverage P&L management.
• Oversee vendor management, maintenance requests, and facility audits.
