Job summary

Upward Projects, LLC is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead staff, guests, and vendors in delivering authentic, memorable experiences. You’ll direct planning and execution to meet or exceed sales and profits while ensuring efficient use of resources and excellent guest hospitality.

The role emphasizes supervising beverage operations, inventory accuracy, facilities standards, and vendor coordination while coaching the team to maintain service excellence across shifts.

Qualifications

• 1 year of full-service restaurant Manager experience or 3-5 years in a lead/supervisory role.
• Combined work experience and education will be considered.
• Servsafe and Responsible Alcohol Service Certifications are required

Responsibilities

• Direct, plan, implement and monitor staff functions to deliver memorable experiences.
• Meet or exceed budgeted sales and profits through efficient resources.
• Lead and train team to uphold service standards and hospitality.
• Oversee beverage orders, pars, promotions and cost control.
• Ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and decor standards; manage PM & R&M budgets.
