Qualifications

• 1 year of full-service restaurant management experience or 3–5 years in a lead/supervisory role in a restaurant.
• Combined work experience and education will be considered in decisions.
• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Hospitality, Management, or Business preferred.
• Servsafe and Responsible Alcohol Service Certifications are required

Responsibilities

• Direct, plan, implement, and monitor staff functions to deliver positive, memorable experiences.
• Manage beverage ordering, pars, promotions, and cost control (COGs).
• Oversee maintenance, vendor management, and facility upkeep.
• Lead hiring, scheduling, and development of service staff and hosts.
• Provide updates at manager meetings on budget spend and project status.
