Credence in Houston, TX is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead shifts, coach a high-performing team, and safeguard the guest experience across dining room, kitchen, bar, and events.

The role supports operations, profitability, and people development, with a strong emphasis on hospitality culture and community partnerships. Bilingual abilities are a plus and onsite availability is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of supervisory or management experience in full-service, high-volume hospitality.
• Strong communication, organization, judgment, follow-through, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with hospitality technology and reporting tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts with ownership, coaching, and guest-focused service.
• Assist with daily restaurant operations, including opening/closing procedures and staffing.
• Monitor sales and labor, controlling costs while maintaining quality guest experiences.
• Develop team members through training and feedback.
