The role requires 1 year of GM experience or 3-5 years in service-management, plus a Hospitality/Management or Business degree. Servsafe and Responsible Alcohol certifications are required.

Qualifications

• 1 year GM or 3-5 years in service-industry management.
• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Hospitality, Management, or Business preferred.
• Servsafe and Responsible Alcohol Service Certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-performing store leadership teams through coaching and development.
• Attract, retain and grow talent, conduct performance reviews.
• Uphold brand standards and drive exceptional guest experiences.
• Own full P&L accountability, analyze results, and drive profitability.
• Collaborate with ADs and Lab to address local store needs and optimize operations.
• Promote brand via local marketing, community presence and partnerships.
