Responsibilities

• Review applications, interview, and hire or recommend hires.
• Set hours, weekly schedules and assign tasks across shifts.
• Drive sales, steps of service and guest satisfaction.
• Train Front of House and Back of House staff.
• Oversee food preparation per recipes and procedures.
• Ensure safety and security for employees and guests.
• Manage food, supplies and liquor costs with weekly inventory.
