Texas Roadhouse is seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee Front of House and Back of House operations in Buffalo, NY. The role ensures Legendary Food and Legendary Service while leading a team and driving guest satisfaction.

Salary ranges from $62,353.20 to $73,000 annually. Comprehensive benefits and opportunities for career growth are included after eligibility. Must demonstrate passion for guests and kitchen teamwork.

Qualifications

• Restaurant management experience is preferred.
• Proven ability to lead front and back of house teams.
• Strong guest service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage hourly employees, including performance evaluations, coaching and discipline
• Review applications, interviewing, and hiring or making recommendation to hire hourly employees
• Directing work for employees including setting hours and weekly schedules and assigning tasks before, during, and after open hours of the restaurant
• Driving sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction
• Providing, directing, and scheduling Front of House and Back of House training
• Supervise and oversee the production and preparation of food in a manner consistent with established recipes and procedures
• Conducting formal line Taste & Temps
• Enforcing appropriate security measures to ensure safety of employees and guests
• Manage food, supplies, and liquor costs by conducting weekly inventory
• Understanding, managing, and practicing safe food handling procedures
• Creating a safe, fun, and clean work environment for the staff in alignment with core values
