Qualifications

• Experience leading front- and back-of-house teams.
• Ability to coach, discipline and evaluate hourly staff.
• Experience hiring or recommending hourly employees.
• Strong scheduling and task assignment skills.
• Focus on guest satisfaction and service standards.
• Knowledge of safe food handling procedures and costs.

Responsibilities

• Manage hourly employees with performance evaluations, coaching and discipline.
• Review applications, interview, and hire or recommend for hourly roles.
• Direct work flow including hours, schedules and task assignments before, during, and after open hours.
• Drive sales, service steps, and guest satisfaction.
• Provide, direct and schedule Front of House and Back of House training.
• Oversee food production and preparation per recipes and procedures.
• Enforce safety and security measures for staff and guests.
• Manage food, supplies and liquor costs via weekly inventory.
• Create a safe, clean, and engaging work environment aligned with core values.
