Texas Roadhouse is seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee Front of House and Back of House operations, ensuring Legendary Food and Legendary Service at all times. You will lead a team, drive guest satisfaction, and safeguard food quality in a fast‑paced dining environment.

Responsibilities include hiring and coaching hourly staff, scheduling shifts, managing inventory and costs, and delivering consistent training across the restaurant.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership role.
• Strong ability to coach and evaluate hourly staff.
• Comfort with managing costs, inventory, and scheduling.

Responsabilités

• Manage hourly employees, including performance evaluations and coaching.
• Review applications, interview, and hire hourly staff or recommend hires.
• Direct work by setting hours, schedules, and tasks before during and after open hours.
• Drive sales, service steps, and guest satisfaction.
• Provide and schedule Front of House and Back of House training.
• Supervise production and preparation of food per recipes and procedures.
• Enforce safety and security measures at the restaurant.
