Texas Roadhouse is seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee front of house and back of house operations in Kenosha, WI. You will lead daily operations to ensure Legendary Food and Legendary Service align with our core values and brand standards.

You will recruit, coach, and schedule hourly staff, monitor costs, maintain food safety and quality, and drive guest satisfaction through training and accountability. This role offers career growth opportunities within a people-first culture.

Qualifications

• Experience managing hourly employees and conducting performance evaluations.
• Ability to interview and hire hourly staff or recommend hires.
• Strong leadership to direct work, scheduling, and task assignment.
• Focus on driving sales, service steps, and guest satisfaction.
• Experience training Front of House and Back of House teams.
• Understanding of safe food handling procedures.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory for food, supplies, and liquor.
• Uphold safe handling procedures and a clean environment.
• Create a safe, fun, and clean work environment aligned with values.
