Responsibilities

• Manage hourly employees, including evaluations, coaching and discipline
• Review applications, interview, and hire or recommend hires for hourly staff
• Set hours, weekly schedules and assign tasks for open hours
• Drive sales, service steps, and guest satisfaction
• Provide Front of House and Back of House training
• Oversee food production and preparation per recipes
• Conduct Taste & Temps tastings
• Enforce safety and security at the restaurant
• Manage food, supplies, and liquor costs via weekly inventory
• Ensure safe food handling procedures
• Create a safe, fun, and clean work environment aligned with core values and goals
