Texas Roadhouse is seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee Front of House and Back of House operations and ensure Legendary Food and Legendary Service are upheld at all times. You will lead a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences while maintaining a passion for guests and the kitchen.

Qualifications

• Experience managing hourly staff and evaluating performance.
• Ability to review applications, interview, and hire.
• Proven skills in scheduling, task delegation, and training.
• Strong focus on guest satisfaction and sales growth.

Responsibilities

• Manage hourly employees, including evaluations, coaching and discipline.
• Review applications, interview, and hire or recommend hires.
• Direct work by setting weekly schedules and assigning tasks before, during, and after open hours.
• Drive sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction.
• Provide, direct, and schedule Front of House and Back of House training.
• Supervise and oversee the production and preparation of food in accordance with recipes and procedures.
• Conduct formal line Taste & Temps.
• Enforce appropriate security measures at the restaurant to protect employees and guests.
• Manage food, supplies, and liquor costs by conducting weekly inventory.
• Understand, manage, and practice safe food handling procedures.
• Create a safe, fun, and clean work environment aligned with core values and goals.
