Qualifications

• Experience managing hourly staff in a restaurant environment.
• Proven ability to interview, hire and onboard team members.
• Strong focus on guest satisfaction and cost management.

Responsibilities

• Manage hourly employees, including performance evaluations, coaching and discipline.
• Review applications, interview, and hire or recommend hires.
• Direct scheduling and tasks before, during, and after open hours.
• Drive sales, service steps, and guest satisfaction.
• Provide and schedule Front of House and Back of House training.
• Supervise production and preparation of food per recipes and procedures.
• Enforce safety and security measures at the restaurant.
• Manage food, supplies, and liquor costs via weekly inventory.
• Ensure safe food handling and a safe work environment.
