Texas Roadhouse in La Crosse, WI is seeking a legendary Kitchen Manager to oversee Back of House operations, purchasing, receiving, preparing, and presenting all food products in a timely manner following established recipes and procedures. You will supervise production, enforce policies, monitor ticket times, and develop talent while maintaining safety, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Supervise production and preparation of food following recipes and procedures
• Enforce employment policies and maintain cleanliness and guest safety
• Direct productivity to optimize ticket times for back-of-house items
• Manage performance of back-of-house staff including evaluations, coaching, and discipline
• Coach and develop key employees and hourly staff with daily feedback
• Conduct line Taste & Temp checks for inventory and food safety
• Oversee proper handling, storage and maintenance of all items
• Ensure safe food handling procedures are followed
• Manage food costs, waste, and kitchen labor costs
• Plan and assign shifts and tasks for back-of-house staff around restaurant hours
• Train staff on equipment maintenance and cleaning procedures
• Review applications and participate in hiring decisions for back-of-house staff
• Create a safe, fun, and clean work environment aligned with core values and goals
