Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Internal Service: recruit, train, develop, and evaluate restaurant employees; ensure staffing and training systems.
• External Service: deliver exceptional guest service and food quality; manage guest concerns professionally.
• Sales & Profits: analyze performance data and drive sales while controlling costs within budget.
