• Provide consistent support to staff and ensure positive guest interactions
• Uphold standards, maintain excellent product quality, and ensure high levels of cleanliness and sanitation
• Provide employees with consistent feedback to develop them and improve operations
• Ensure employees adhere to uniform standards and perform line checks for weights, temperatures, cleanliness and organization
• Staff the unit by interviewing, hiring and training high-quality hourly candidates and conducting orientations
