The role involves managing cash, opening and closing, directing crewmembers, delivering exceptional customer service, and ensuring cleanliness. The position requires 1+ year of restaurant or retail management, 18+ years old, and a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to work independently or with a team.
• Experience in staffing, scheduling, people and cost management.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; quick to learn new systems.
• Able to work days, evenings, weekends; willing to travel for training.
• 1+ years of restaurant or retail management experience.
• Must be 18+; high school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Restaurant Leader in day-to-day operations.
• Open and close the restaurant; act as manager on duty.
• Manage cash handling and accountability.
• Enforce company policies and standards.
• Lead shift management and ensure safety standards.
• Direct crewmembers and ensure customer service.
• Maintain cleanliness and facility condition.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
