Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers is seeking a Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant Leader in daily operations, uphold standards and culture, and lead shift management of restaurant operations. The role requires overseeing cash handling, staff supervision, and ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

The Restaurant Manager will work with the team to maintain cleanliness, safety, and efficiency, while coaching crewmembers and executing company policies.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively.
• Knowledge of staffing, scheduling, people and cost management.
• Proficient with technology systems including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Ensures operations meet Raising Cane’s standards in all restaurant zones during a shift.
• Acts as manager on duty and opens and closes the restaurant.
• Manages cash handling and ensures accountability.
• Directs crewmembers during a shift and provides exemplary customer service.
• Utilizes reward and recognition programs for crewmembers.
