Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers is seeking a Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant Leader in day-to-day operations and uphold Raising Cane’s standards and culture in shift management. The role involves leading a fast-paced kitchen environment, ensuring safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

The candidate will manage cash, lead crewmembers, enforce company policies, and maintain cleanliness and equipment readiness.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Self-driven, flexible and energetic with strong communication skills.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively.
• 1+ years of restaurant or retail management experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Knowledge of staffing, scheduling, people and cost management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Support the Restaurant Leader in day-to-day operations.
• Open and close the restaurant as manager on duty.
• Manage cash handling and ensure accountability.
• Direct crewmembers during a shift and provide exemplary customer service.
• Ensure cleanliness and good working order of the facility.
• Utilize reward and recognition programs for crewmembers.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
