Job summary

IHOP 1775 American Fork is seeking a hands-on General Manager to lead our fast-paced restaurant, delivering outstanding guest experiences and driving team performance.

You will own financials, local marketing, hiring, training, and SOP compliance, coach staff, manage inventory and equipment, ensure food safety, and maintain high service standards while optimizing operations and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to speak and read English.
• Basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute annual financial and local restaurant marketing objectives.
• Manage the restaurant floor and guest contact.
• Maintain guest complaints within acceptable limits and resolve issues.
• Recruit, train, and retain employees.
• Adhere to SOPs and coach staff.
• Ensure food meets SOP specifications and is served at correct temperatures.
• Oversee inventory, ordering, and equipment maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and safety procedures.
