Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role.
• Strong customer-service focus with emphasis on guest experience.
• Experience educating staff on menus and ingredients; food & beverage knowledge.
• Familiarity with restaurant management software (OpenTable, POS, etc.).
• Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Strong financial management, budgeting and P&L awareness.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations (FOH and BOH) to ensure seamless service.
• Recruit, onboard and mentor staff; build a high-performance team.
• Deliver superior service and manage guest concerns with professionalism.
