The One Group is seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations, ensuring smooth service and leading a team to deliver unforgettable guest experiences.

You will drive service excellence, team development, and financial performance while maintaining a high-energy dining atmosphere. Experience with OpenTable, Avero, and POS systems is preferred.

Competenze

• Proven leadership experience in restaurant management.
• Strong customer service orientation focused on guest experience.
• Extensive knowledge of food & beverage offerings and menu education.
• Familiarity with restaurant management software (OpenTable, Avero, POS).
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Acute financial management with budgets and P&L exposure.

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house management.
