Whataburger in Clarksville, TN seeks a Restaurant Manager to oversee a high-volume unit and develop a strong team. You will drive daily operations, guest experiences, and performance against sales and cost goals, while upholding brand standards.

You will lead, coach, and develop a diverse team, ensure food safety, and collaborate with leadership to plan and improve restaurant performance. This role is based at the home restaurant with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience managing teams or shift operations.
• Open availability, including overnights, weekends, holidays, and variable hours.
• Ability to stand up to 10 hours and lift up to 55 lbs.

Responsabilités

• Lead daily restaurant operations to meet quality, service, and cleanliness standards.
• Champion hospitality and guest service to ensure friendly, fast, authentic Whataburger experiences.
• Coach and develop Family Members to reach their potential.
• Achieve restaurant goals in sales, labor, food cost and profitability.
• Ensure food safety and workplace safety conform to brand standards.
• Model Whataburger values and foster an inclusive work environment.
• Lead shift transitions and maintain smooth operations across day parts.
• Support talent development, training, hiring and retention with restaurant leadership.
• Participate in business planning, performance reviews and continuous improvements.
