Job summary

Whataburger Restaurants is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead a high-volume store and develop a team of over 50 Family Members. You will drive hospitality, food quality, and operational performance, while advancing with Operating Partner opportunities.

You will manage shifts, coach staff, and work to meet sales, labor, and cost goals in a fast-paced environment that values service and teamwork.

Qualifications

Minimum 1–3 years of leadership experience.
Be at least 18 years old.
Open availability including overnights, weekends, holidays.
Able to stand long hours and lift up to 55 lbs.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
ServSafe Certification or ability to obtain during training.

Responsibilities

Lead daily restaurant operations to meet quality, service, and cleanliness standards.
Champion hospitality and guest service standards.
Coach, develop, and support Team Members to reach their potential.
Achieve restaurant goals for sales, labor, food cost, and profitability.
Ensure food safety, workplace safety, and brand standards.
Lead shift transitions and partner with leadership for staffing.
