You will manage daily operations, drive sales and labor metrics, uphold food safety, coach staff, and partner with leadership to execute strategic initiatives. This role is based in your home restaurant, with opportunities to support neighboring locations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of leadership experience.
• ServSafe certification or ability to obtain during training.
• Open availability including overnights, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations to meet quality, service, and cleanliness standards.
• Coach, develop, and support Family Members to reach their full potential.
• Achieve restaurant goals across sales, labor, food cost, and profitability.
• Ensure food safety and brand standards are upheld.
