Job summary

Whataburger Restaurants is seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee a high-volume location with strong sales and a large team. You will drive daily operations, uphold hospitality standards, and coach a diverse Family Member team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You will partner with leadership to meet targets in sales, labor, and cost while maintaining food safety and brand integrity. This role requires flexible hours and a commitment to Whataburger values and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED strongly preferred or equivalent experience.
• Open availability including overnights, weekends, holidays, variable hours.
• Stand up to 10 hours and lift up to 55 lbs.
• 1–3 years of leadership experience.
• ServSafe Food Manager Certification (or ability to obtain) during training.
• Valid driver’s license and auto liability in your state.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations to meet quality, service, and cleanliness standards.

• Coach, develop, and support Family Members to reach their full potential.

• Lead shift transitions and maintain smooth operations across day parts.
