Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Possess ServSafe Food Manager Certification or ability to obtain it during training.
• Able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Lead daily restaurant operations to meet quality, service, and cleanliness standards.
• Champion hospitality and guest service standards to reflect Whataburger values.
• Coach, develop, and support Family Members to reach their potential.
